Rear Camber Adjusters
for BMW E36 316, Z3 (‘91-’03), E30 (‘83-’91), E28 520 and
525 (‘82-4/’86), E24 6 Series (‘77 - 4/’82), E21, E12 and
E10 2002 range
All too few people realise that whenever you lower a car ?s suspension or even fit non standard wheels
the car ?s camber (the amount the wheels lean in or out) is affected. On some cars, especially many
BMW models, this effect can be quite noticeable. Excessive negative camber will cause rapid and
uneven tyre wear, reduced traction due to the full tread surface of the tyre not being in contact with
the road and hot spots on the surface of the tyre.
Fortunately there is a simple solution. Master tuners, Regal, have camber correction bushes which
will allow the usually non adjustable rear camber angle to be adjusted to reset it to its correct setting.
These are polyurethane bushes that replace the factory rubber bushes, and thus have the added
benefit of upgrading the bushes to be harder wearing, quieter and longer lasting. They are also made
with an offset centre hole that can be rotated to correct the camber angle.
The same Regal rear camber correction bush kit is suitable for numerous BMW models including
E36 316, Z3 (?91-?03), E30 (?83-?91) E28 520, 525 (?82-4/?86), E24 6 Series (?77 - 4/?82), E21, E12
and the entire E10 2002 range.
The kit comes complete with a bush extractor tool and costs £315.00 for the complete rear axle.
